布偉傑 Brian Thomas Burrell (born March 23, 1972, Salt Lake City, Utah) is an American–Hong Kong actor, MC, and content creator, and one of the few Western performers to build a sustained career inside the Cantonese-language entertainment industry.

Brian first came to Hong Kong in 1995, spending a year and a half teaching English in kindergartens and picking up daily conversational Cantonese before returning to Utah to complete his university degrees. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1999 with a double focus in Chinese Literature and Asian Studies, then moved permanently to Hong Kong the same year.

He began his acting career in 2001 with a minor role in TVB's 騎呢大狀 (A Case of Misadventure), and was assisted into the industry by fellow Western actor Gregory Charles Rivers. After several years of part-time work as an extra and in supporting roles, Brian was selected at the end of 2006 for a leading role in the TVB sitcom 同事三分親 (Best Selling Secrets), in which he played "韋一" — a role that gave him his stage name 阿一/一哥 (Brother One) and established him as a recognisable face on Hong Kong television.

He went on to appear in over 90 film and television productions across TVB, satellite channels, and international cinema, including Ip Man 2 (2010) and Master Z: The Ip Man Legacy (2018). He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and also speaks Khmer and Japanese.

Beyond acting, Brian has worked extensively as a bilingual MC for corporate events, award ceremonies, charity galas, and international conferences across Hong Kong and Macau. He has also appeared in commercial campaigns, most notably a series of television advertisements for the MPFA (積金局).

He is currently based in Hong Kong, where he operates as an ISO-certified Dermatoglyphics trainer, runs Drama & Dice Education, and produces sports commentary content on Douyin. He is preparing to launch Drama & Dice Education in Fukuoka, Japan.
